Your vacation is an big investment. We offer a complimentary consultation so that you can share your vision with us. This will allow us to determine if we are the right travel agency to help you make those dreams come true.
Planning Prices
​
When you decide to pursue your vacation with us, we will collect a planning fee. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is nonrefundable even if you cancel your trip or decide not to book after all. This fee is based on the estimated time we spend researching, contacting suppliers, and making arrangements for your trip on your behalf.

Custom Crafted Itineraries
​
Trips up to 7 days in length.........$125/per small group
Trips up to 14 days in length.........$250/per small group
​
Trips up to 21 days in length.........$375/per small group
​
***A small group is up to 7 people/family on one itinerary***​

Planning fees for trips longer than 21 days or groups of 8 or more will be based on the complexity of the itinerary. Schedule your free consultation today!
Before, During, and After Travel

You will receive a professional itinerary with information, pricing, and options for you to approve or change. We will tweak this itinerary to get you the vacation you desire.

Once you're happy with your itinerary, we will make and manage your reservations.

If you have any hiccups during your vacation, we will reach out to suppliers and advocate on your behalf.

When you return, we will reach out to you for feedback on your experience.
